  1. Fascinating article.

    I agree that a recession herald a shift in both production and consumer preference. We would see more reliable and sturdy items bought and sold – at the expense of the flashy but impractical and unreliable.

    I agree that perhaps the only employment sector not to show a decline will be the public sector. For the reasons the author cited, but also because governments tend to expand public service to counter rising unemployment during economic downturns.
